Invites you to participate in
Newcomers Reception for Minority Owned Businesses
Hosted by the African American Voice and Barnhill Directory
Friday, September 25th, 5:30 to 8:30 pm
Best Western Hotel, 8110 N. Academy and I-25
As a local recipient of federal dollars, most recently American Recovery and Reinvestment Act dollars, you are invited to get to know business owners new to Colorado Springs who may be able to offer services to your agency in the future. There will also be representatives at the event from the SBA helping owners complete forms for certification as federal contractors. This is an opportunity for you to let the community know how you would like to interface with contractors and what type of work you offer.
The format is a tabling event and your representative will not be expected to address the attendees as a whole. Thank you for making your agency available to minority owned businesses in the community.
