Honoring Grief Through Art & Movement

    📆 Saturday, November 23

    ⏰ 1–4 PM

Grief is love with nowhere to go. This special workshop, led by Rachael Deegan and Ryan Hildebrandt, offers a meaningful way to channel that love through movement and art:

    • Yoga Flow (45 minutes): Begin with a gentle, grief-focused yoga practice to connect mind and body.

    • Therapeutic Artmaking (2 hours): Use multimedia art to honor your grief, your loved ones, and the cyclical nature of life.

This workshop focuses on process over product, helping you cultivate healing through creative expression.

    🎟 Fee: $50 per guest.
