My husband, Greg Johnson, was intent on the involvement of a Black western contingent in this year's parade; and with the help of Willie Breazell, James Stewart, the Rocky Mountain Buffalo Soldiers, and many others, winning the General William Palmer award was the outcome. Kudos to Greg, et al.
