  Hello AAYLC Community and Friends! The wait is almost over! In just a few days, we will come together for an unforgettable experience at the 33rd Annual African American Youth Leadership Conference (AAYLC) on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Colorado College. (Check-in & Breakfast: 7:00 AM | Kick-Off Ceremony: 8:00am). Get ready for a day filled with inspiration, empowerment, and community! This year’s conference features dynamic workshops to build leadership skills, explore careers, and gain valuable insights. Parents, caregivers, and educators can join The Village Workshops for helpful resources, while volunteers can give back on event day.  With live entertainment, giveaways, food, and engaging discussions, you won’t want to miss it! Our theme, "Breaking Barriers: Finding Unity in Our Differences," highlights the power of learning, growing, and leading together.
