Reconnect with yourself in this three-hour exploration of yoga and art designed to center the body and unlock creative flow.
We’ll begin with a chakra. and kundalini inspired yoga flow led by Ryan Hildebrandt (E-RYT 500), designed to ground and awaken your energy centers. Then, guided by art therapist Rachael Deegan, MA LPCC, you’ll explore your creative voice through a two-hour expressive art experience — no prior art experience needed.
Together, we’ll focus on the Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus chakras — nurturing stability, flow, and personal power through breath, movement, meditation, and hands-on making. Leave feeling grounded, energized, and more connected to your creative core.
You’ll walk away with more than just a finished piece of art — you’ll leave feeling rooted, radiant, and reconnected to the creative energy that flows through you. Join us!
