October 19, 2009/ 4:30pm to 5:30pm: Never before has Colorado seen such an alarming increase in childhood poverty. In fact, poverty is rising faster in Colorado than anywhere in the nation. Join us for one hour of information from President of the Colorado Children's Campaign Chris Watney. She will share annual data about the well-being of Colorado's children and the trends that are impacting their lives. RSVP to clyle@cpcd.org or call 884-1409. As stakeholders in early childhood education and the plight of children living in poverty, you won't want to miss this! Milk and cookies will be served and activities are available for your children.
