The event will be from 10:45 am to 11:15 am in the Vestibule at William J. Palmer High School, 301 N. Nevada Avenue. Exum is a member of the William J. Palmer High School Alumni Association and Inductee of their Hall of Fame. Immediately after Exum announces his candidacy, there will be a signature gathering party and fundraiser at Hunan Springs, 24 E Kiowa Avenue, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.
