Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care present the 2009 Trees of Life 25th Annual Outdoor Community Tree-Lighting Ceremony at the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum. Music and complimentary refreshments. Remember someone special with a symbolic light on a tree or a 2009 Trees of Life glass ornament. Honor our military with special red, white, and blue trees.
