About The UCCS Economic Forum
With the UCCS Economic Forum report, their analyses include — but are not limited to:
Broad national economic indicators (GDP, consumer sentiment, etc.)
Local labor market data
Real estate activity and construction trends
Military jobs and spending, which are important in southern Colorado Tourism, sales and use taxes, and other regional economic metrics
The organizational aim is to give community leaders, businesses, government agencies, and civic stakeholders a comprehensive, unbiased view of where the region is economically — and where it's headed — so they can make informed decisions about growth, investment, hiring, and public policy.
