    🍭 Step into a world of wonder and whimsy, where Willy Wonka himself (and a few mischievous Oompa Loompas) await behind the gates of the historic Rockledge House. Inside, tea flows like rivers of chocolate, and every bite is a delicious daydream brought to life.

    Perfect for tots, teens, tall folks, and anyone who’s ever licked a wallpaper just to see if it really tasted like snozzberries.

    🎩 The Willy Wonka Tea Party is our most playful, flavor-filled gathering of the season, a curious culinary adventure for all ages. Expect rainbow-colored finger foods, decadent desserts, fragrant tea blends, and a few Smokebrush-style surprises along the way!

    Fode Ismael Sylla was born and raised in Guinea, West Africa. He has thrilled thousands in the U.S. and abroad with his dynamic and explosive acrobatic, breakdancing and aerialist routines. Not only an acrobat, Fode is a professional performer, gifted musician, dancer, choreographer and a popular teacher. He encourages his students to “be your authentic self” and creates community wherever he goes. He currently resides in Bend, Oregon.

    Mohamed Lamine Bangoura is a master drummer and musician, a descendent of Sousou and Malinke ancestors, from Guinea, West Africa. He has been lead percussionist and musical director for African ballets across West Africa and the San Francisco Bay Area. Lamine’s passion for preserving the history and traditions of his beautiful culture is apparent in his open-hearted eagerness to share joyfully spirited, energetic rhythms that will move your soul.

    Join us for an in-depth artist talk & pottery demonstration with the renowned artist, potter David Pinto!

    David will be throwing, altering and trimming pottery, sharing how he starts construction of his larger sculptures in addition to sharing images and some examples of his finished work.

    David was born in Jamaica, studied in the US and exhibited his first work in Jamaica at the National Gallery before returning home. A dance began between Art and functional pottery – galleries and craft fairs. 

    Pinto will show images, talk about his work, inspiration and share his unique handling of clay. He works with spontaneous energy creating loose organic forms. A favorite on the wheel, are his signature triangular bowls with trimmed triangular feet. Current large sculptures, are part of a fertility pot series. Inspired from seed pods and human fertility.
