♥ HCZ Celebrates 31st Annual Rasuli Lewis Children's March for Peace
This summer, thousands of HCZ scholars, families, and staff came together for the Annual Rasuli Lewis Children’s March for Peace. What began more than three decades ago as a stand against gun violence has grown into a powerful tradition of joining together with unity, hope, and resilience. Named in memory of Rasuli Lewis, former Director of Peacemakers, the march continues to inspire the next generation to demand peace and create safer communities for all.

🌟 Promise Academy Alumna Shines at Harvard
Allison, an HCZ Promise Academy II alumna, returned to Harvard, not as a pre-college student this time, but as a future changemaker! She attended the Summer Institute at Harvard’s Graduate School of Education, connecting with leaders and learning how to transform communities.

From water games to face painting, our middle school scholars soaked up the sunshine and shared plenty of laughter at the Peacemakers Carnival.
