Job description:
FTE Senior Advocate Position available at Community of Caring / Aspen Mine Centers. Individual will assist seniors with access to care coordination, arrange provisions of service, answer questions, conduct research with seniors on providers, discuss service options to encourage informed decision-making and create opportunities to enhance lives of seniors. Must be culturally competent, have good communication and problem-solving skills, maintain and monitor specific files, and be able to work well with clients and other professionals.
